Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us right away. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Change of Mind

We do offer a change of mind returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The return postage fee will be at your own cost. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been in use and in the same state that you received it. It must be in the original packaging including any accessories.

Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • The Product you have ordered was not received by you solely due to failure by us
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Products provided to you was not substantially the same as the Product you ordered as displayed on our Website (subject to reasonable variation as a result of the screen display, colour and brightness, and image quality)

FAULTY PRODUCTS

  • The following process applies to any Product you believe to be faulty.
  • If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us using the details provided on our Website with a full description of the fault (including images) within 14 days of the receiving product and we will make every effort to make it right.
  • If we determine that your Product may be faulty, we will request that you send the Product back to us for further inspection, including any accessories, manuals, documentation or registration shipped with the Product. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a Product faulty.
  • If we determine that the Product is faulty, then your refund will be processed and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
