How do I create an account?
There are two ways you can create an account:
1. You can create an account in the checkout page
2. You can click on the My Account page at any time
How long will delivery take?
Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order if you click the My Account page(if registered). Once your order has started shipping we will send you a tracking link.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are allowed if your order hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us ASAP. You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Will my credit card info be stored by you.
Never – our payment provides are Stripe and Paypal and all your payments are processed by our payment providers.
How can I change my shipping address?
We might be able to update the order for you if it hasn’t been shipped yet – contact us ASAP to change your shipping address.
I got the wrong item!
Sorry! If we made a mistake and sent the wrong order we will send you the correct order at no additional cost but we might ask for a photo for proof.
The product I ordered is damaged
We will resend you another one at no additional cost but we will need to see photos for proof.
